Appointments
We have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our website. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible. Our office requires 48 hours' notice for a changed or missed appt or a broken appointment fee will be applied.

Insurance and Billing
We file with most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify if you have questions about our office filing with your plan. North Park Dentistry is in-network with Delta Dental. 

Payment Options
We accept checks, cash, or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Business Assistant for information regarding this service.
