If for some reason you are unable to keep your appointment, kindly give us 48 hour notice. This will be gladly appreciated by other patients. New patients are always welcomed and greatly appreciated. Financial Policy/Insurance:

Our office accepts most insurance and we will gladly file your claim as a courtesy. Payment for services is expected at the time of treatment for the portion of service not covered by insurance. This can range from 0-100% depending on your insurance policy. Many insurance companies base their reimbursement on a complicated fee averaging basis different from geographical areas. This system is not always indicative of the Columbus area fees for professional services. Our staff is experienced in these insurance matters and can answer any questions you may have. We offer financial options for payment plans when necessary. It is our sincere desire to help you afford the treatment you desire and not to create a financial bind - so we will work with you to arrange a treatment plan that works both dentally and financially.
